Default Bad road noise

I'm getting really bad road noise when I drive over 50mph. Steering is fine, handling is fine. If I turn slight right it goes away. Vibration is pretty bad also. Any ideas?

Cv axles, bad tire, wheel balance, worn suspension components, any number of issues could cause the symptoms you describe. Need to describe this “road noise” better. Kinda hard to guess.

Vibration gets worse when I turned or hard right. Those are the best descriptions I have.

Well it sounds like you need to take it somewhere and have the drivetrain/suspension checked out.

My first thought was wheel bearing.

Is there any easy way to check myself? I'm slowly learning to fix cars on my own.
