P0440 p0440 p0441

I just had this done to my 2004 stratus: spark plug-copper plus-oe type. Spark plug wire kit-mileage plus. Purge valve. Camshaft sensor. The check engine light was off again for about 40 miles but is on again with p0440 p0440 and p0441. What is wrong here?

Could be as simple as a bad gas cap.
