Won't start. Please help
 

Hello, I've got a 2004 Stratus 4 door automatic, Dohc 16 valve 4 cylinder. It ran just fine, I was on a back road hit a piece of Flint rock and put a hole in the radiator. Got a junkyard one and put it in no problems. Now the car won't start and I'm getting 2 codes one is battery over volt and the other is transmission range performance. Any ideas on what is going on with this car.

Please define "won't start" situation. Turns over and won't start or won't turn over? Those are two completely different things.

It turns over. Just won't start. I can crank it all day but that's it. I've checked the alt at 5 places it always comes back as a pass. All the engine grounds have been replaced, fresh battery, I'm at a loss lol.
