Key won't turn ignition
 

My key won't turn ignition. It won't turn up or down. It works trunk and door fine. Is this always a tumbler problem or could it be something more?

this is common problem on may chrysler corp cars.its the ing. lock cyclinder,it needs to be replaced,to get ket to turn temporly put key into ing. and tap with hammer ---- just tap not beat on until ket turns
