Dodge Viper 1997 Fuel Issue
 

I think I have a bad check valve in the fuel system. I believe this valve sets outside the fuel tank. Can I bypass it with another check value and just leave the bad one in place? Or do I need to remove the carpet and wall in the back of the trunk and replace it there?
