How to replace Chrome Front Bumper w/ Sport Bumper

Hi-

I have an 04 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. Does anyone know how to replace the chrome front bumper with a Sport Bumper or SRT Bumper? Do you know how much it costs? Do you know of a website that sells the parts?
