4 rear laterial arms 8 bushings are bad

My shop can't seem to find the 8 bushing replacements, they have 220,000 miles on them. There seems to be many names listed for these arms, rear Lateral link or Lateral rear bars, Lateral arms etc? Anyone order theses bushings recently? Or is it cheaper for a shop to just replace the arms with all the labor to install the bushings?

Rear wheel aligement adjustments?

Can the rear link bars be adjusted when doing an alignment ? I had a alignment done and they spent 2 hours replacing the rear link bolt. I don't see a adjustment on the rear link bars, they look solid. I'm I wrong? Thanks

Trans. end cover on drivers side, what's this for?

On the drivers side there is a transmission (end cover) it's leaking a little, what is this cover for? Will I need to drain the trans. in order to fix it? What is best to use gasket maker or a gasket, i bet it's ahrd to find a gasket at the parts store ?
