Default I have a few questions ab

I just purchased a 1998 Dodge Ram 4x4 extended cab. I just need a little help since this is my first Dodge Truck.

What size tires come on my vehicle? What size tire could I put on it? Will this mess up anything like transmission, etc?

I do not know if the transmission fluid has ever been changed. Should I have the transmission checked out, then flushed and filters changed? It has right at 100,000 miles on it.

Any other items I need to look at with that type of mileage I have on the vehicle?

Thanks for ANY help you give!!

In some cases you will need a lift kit for clearance but my mom has a size bigger than will fit and they only slightly rub during extremely hard turns. Hope this helps man.

15" rims won't fit the 1999 Dodge Rams that have anti-lock brakes... the calipers are too big. I have 16" rims with 33" tires on the stock suspension. The only thing I needed to do (well, wanted to do) was change the shocks.

Well it all depends on if it is a 1500 or a 2500. 15" rims will fit a 1500 but will not fit a 2500. Mine is a 2500 so I put 16.5" wheels on it so I could run a wider tire cause they just don't make to wide of a tire for the 16" rims. I have some cool 16.5 x 8.5 chrome rims for sale if you are intersted...they are brand new..never used. I can get a pic if interested.
