I'm not sure what FJ2 voltage is but the pcm/ECU needs it to work properly. Fuel pump should not run continuously, there is definitely a problem there. The asd relay supplies power to various engine sensors/components. I would get a factory service manual for it. They provide a lot of info including wiring diagrams. I would get pcm (code 44) sorted first, It may be causing the the others.

Hey there, On the '93 Dodge Shadow, and Plymouth Acclaim code 44 refers to your battery temperature sensor. I'm not 100% sure how it reads the battery temperature, but the sensor is build into the PMC which is located on the driver side, beside the battery tucked neatly into the fender. Course of action is to replace the PCM.
