Default 1989 Chrysler lebaron with turbo wont start

My engine simply died while driving. Turns over but doesn't fire at all.

I disconnected the fuel line and it does pump gas, therefore not fuel pump.
I have checked fuses. I did the key on/off 3 times and got the following light flashes.

1 flash 2 flashes one flash 5 flashes 5 flashes 5 flashes.
Can anyone interpret this? I cant find access to codes in any forums.

I am going to check for spark from coil next.

I am going to check for spark from coil next.

One flash 2 flashes: 12, means the battery has been dosconnected at some point and time. Nothing to worry about.

one flash 5 flashes: 15, no vehicle speed sensor signal.

5 flashes, 5 flashes: 55, end of message code.

The code you need to troubleshoot is the 15.

Easier just to google than search this forum. Thats what I just did.

I checked the coil and seems like a good spark. Checked wire to spark plugs and couldn't see a spark.
Possible the pickup in the distributor?
