86 Dodge Aries Won't Start, Help!

I'm ready to pull my hair out. Changed the computer, hall effect sensor, coil, ignition relay. Cranks but will not start. Started a couple of months ago it would suddenly stall for no reason but would always start back up. Now it just won't start. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it getting spark & fuel?
Is the battery fully charged?
You might want to check that the timing belt is still intact.
Run the ECU codes to see what it has to say, the procedure is in the Haynes repair manual or http://www.allpar.com/fix/80s-codes.html

No spark, getting fuel, battery is charged. Have not checked timing belt. No trouble codes.

Another thing to do is take off the distributor cap and make sure the rotor turns while the engine cranks.

The coolant temp sensor might have something to do with this, it was a couple years ago but I remember my car having trouble starting until I replaced the temp sensor.

+1 on the rotor not turning. I had this problem before. You set the timing start the car then it would stall out right away move the distriber and would start and stall. The gear on the intermediate shaft had worn off and was slipping. Other things to check make sure you got the right year distriber. 85 ones won't work in an 86 on unless you change the logic module same on the logic module can't be swap with an 85 distriber.

Rotor turns, belt is intact, I moved the distributor clockwise all the way now it want's to start but only sputters. So it's firing now but still not right.

When was the last time you did a tune-up (plug wires, sparkplugs, cap, and rotor)?

About two weeks ago, changed the coil also.

Not firing anymore, with the ignition in the run position I have voltage on the negative post of the coil and nothing on the positive side. Anyone know if this is normal? I would think I would have voltage on the positive side not negative.
