06 magnum dashlights
my 06 magnum dashlihgts wentout and i am currently using a flashlight.i have checked the cluster and went as far as trying a used cluster too see if that was the problem.unplugged all wiringharnesses under hood and checked pins,plugs for corrosion.no problem there.dimmer switch is fine as everything but the lumination works.has anyone had this problem or know a solution?HELP PLEASE AS FLASHLIGHT BATTERIES ARE GETTING EXPENSIVE LOL

From what I've found out, there are two ways the instrument panel lights work. They either use the steering controll module or the cluster to supply power for the lights. At the cluster in connector 3(white) on pin 11 (or/gy wire) there should be power when the lights are turned on. I am assuming since you already tried another cluster and the lights worked the same way they do now, that the steering module has the driver for the lights. That same color wire should go to all the components that light when the head lamp switch is turned on. You should check for voltage there, and could try jumping that circuit if there isn't any.
