Hey Matt. I'm not sure if I got the right Matt Wilson on Facebook but I did a basic Facebook search and sent a message to a Matt Wilson from Michigan lol. Anyway, I've got a very important question. I too swapped my 1997 2.0L plymouth breeze(dodge stratus) tranny from Auto to Manual. Pretty simple, still can't get the speedo to work, but that's not my question. I used the car with the manual tranny for about 4 years now and I'm salvaging it now (engine's burning LOTS of oil). My question is, I've got my hands on a 1998 Dodge Stratus, only, this ones got a 2.4L engine. I read on wikipedia that the 2.4L engines didnt come with a Manual tranny because of the high torque of the engine. However, the manual tranny still fits and bolts up. What do you think about this? Ever heard of someone swapping manual to a 2.4L engine?
