I have an approx. 6 month old 3865 Flashpaq SC programmer. The VIN is unlocked & ready to be used. It comes with the directions, & USB cable for updates. I only used it for the tire size function. The truck is sold, so it's time for this unit to go. I used it on a 2001 Ram 250 w/ 5.9 gas motor. I think it will work on other Dodge engines & years
