It depends how much power you're planning to run. Inserts work OK to a point. For hardcore racing, click here:

Or check with one of our fine sponsors...........

JMB makes a nice one too, and alot of people are fond of the Boomba mounts as well (all solid)

they stop your engine from rocking around during hard acceleration or turning

Eliminate wheel hop pretty much.

You'll get more vibration at the steering wheel, but the difference in traction is worth it.....

the prothane mount insert kits works very good. i got mine and no wheel hop since then.If you have money for the installation and everything then go for the solid and it will give you a free message hands everytime you drive lol [8D]

I got the inserts and a friend at work got the solid motor mounts. We both have 2004 SRT-4's. Wow. Huge difference in comfort level.

I have just a slight slight increase in steering wheel vibration (so slight that you may not even notice). As a rough guess I would say 85% of the wheel hop is gone. When you drop the clutch at 3k in first gear, you are going to get some wheel hop, but no where near what it once was when stock. I took her to the track last fall and when I dropped the clutch at 2.2k there was no hop.

Now my bud's blue machine the steering wheel vibrates like a mother. I do not like it and would not, could not, stand it. But it does not bother him at all. He has never had wheel hop since he installed them.

It's all about application and what is important to you. I wanted to get rid of as much wheel hop as possible with minimal sacrifices. What is important to you?
