Noob here

hey , im new here and have to say this is a gret spot. Please forgive me for any mistakes i make. I have a question i would like to ask. I have a 2003 hemi 1500 4x4 slt. When i make a turn when stoped the rear end jumps like its binding up. Has anyone heard of this before? what is happening? how do i fix it? any help? thanks!

Welcome to DF
Yes I have seen this problem. Do you know what type of rear end you have on your truck? One is a LSD and the other is an open rear diff. If you have a open rear diff, the sprider gears maybe broken and causing your noise.

Im pretty sure its on open diff, it spins both tires. Is this repairable or do i need to swap out the rear end? thank you.

It can be repaired. You just need to remove the rear diff inspection cover and take a look inside.
