98 Dakota stripped head bolt on driveline

98 Dakota stripped head bolt on driveline
I'm trying to drop my transfer case 2 of the bolts on driveline are stripped. I have tried vise grips a smaller socket and a file no luck. I tried to use a dremel to cut the bolt between bracket no room. Can I drop the transfer case with it attached?
