Default 2007 Durango wiper fluid fuse location

Where is the fuse for the wiper fluid pump? My wipers work but no fluid pumps and no noise like it is trying to pump. I do not have the owners manual. I see the wiper fuse, and I think they are okay, since they wipers work. Is this a common problem? What do I do next.

Hope this helps.

Vehicle Quick Reference/Fuse Locations and Types/Specifications
SPECIFICATIONS
CAUTION: When replacing a blown fuse, it is important to use only a fuse having the correct amperage rating. The use of a fuse with a rating other than indicated may result in a dangerous electrical system overload. If a properly rated fuse continues to blow, it suggests a problem in the circuit that must be corrected.

NOTE: If you are leaving your vehicle dormant for longer than 21 days you may want to take steps to protect your battery. You may do this by disconnecting the battery or by disconnecting the two ignition-off draw (I.O.D.) fuses located in the Auxiliary Power Distribution Center (PDC) located in the engine compartment. The I.O.D. cavities include a snap-in retainer that allows the fuse to be disconnected, without removing it from the fuse block. Pressing the I.O.D. fuse back into the cavity reconnects it.

Interior Fuses
The fuse block contains blade-type mini-fuses, relays, and circuit breakers for high-current circuits. It is located in the left kick panel. It is accessible through a snap-in cover.

Default fuse details

Yes, you can find this information in various places online. But where is any reference to the windshield washer fluid pump?

The front washer is controlled via the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) and unfortunately even the wiring diagram doesn't make it really clear which fuse is for the washer. I guess you kind of already realized that though. Fuse 2 (30A) is the fuse for the front wipers. I'm not sure if it also powers the washer pump though. You'll probably need to get out the multimeter or test light and start probing for voltage to the washer pump when the switch is pressed to see if the pump is getting power or not. If not, then you'd want to probe the output from the TIPM, followed by the pump request signal to the TIPM, etc.
