First Dodge truck - sort of frustrated
Just picked up my first Dodge truck (97 Ram 1500, 5.2 w/ sport package). The body's in pretty good shape, and the motor and transmission seem to be great. That's about it.
The interior is shot, but I'll worry about that after I get everything else up to par. I've got a few misc problems I'm about to post in the proper section, but it seems like when I fix one, another pops up.
I only paid $1,500 for the thing, so I'm thinking I got a good deal... then again, I've dumped about $300 in new parts - so far.

Welcome to DF. Head to the 2nd gen Ram section. Be sure to read the sticky on the plenum, major issue with these trucks. The link to the 2nd gen ram section is here:
