Hi everyone. New to Dodges in general and I recently purchased a 94 ram 4x4 2500 single cab long box truck with a 360 and freshly rebuilt trans. Put a few thousand miles on it now and am pretty happy with the truck so far. Its kind of sluggish and seems to sit taller than other 3/4 tons so I wanted to know what I had in her. When I recently requested a build sheet for my truck a few of the codes have left me with more questions than answers. I hadnt seen the 9.25 HD before, and what is the 195mm front is that a 44? why not a 205mm? why the HD rear and no HD front? I know its a lot of marketing crap so i was wondering if one or more of you mopar experts could review my build sheet and explain what exactly I have here I would appreciate it.

As far as the diff goes, in 94 they had a light duty 2500 that used a D44 for the front diff.
