Truck vibrates when coming to a stop or slowly rolling. Do you have the TSB number for reference ??

Actually, I haven't had it at WOT yet. Only have 1300 miles on it so far and want to let things 'settle in" a bit more. Besides, people in my area are starting to recognize my SRT-4 and shy away from trying to race...a couple of questions though...Why didn't DCX put an oil catch can on the SRT-4 at the factory? (Just your opinion, I know you don't make them) Any idea on how long a well maintained SRT-4 might last? Any "weak parts" in the car? (Besides the #4 spark plug wire) Any mods that you DON'T recommend? Thanks for your time, dude!!!![sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif]

So far at my dealer we haven't seen any real problems other than plug wires
as far as mods go..... I'd leave it pretty much alone until your warranty is over, But that's just me.
as far as how long it will last????? who knows

That brings up a point often addressed here: Will mods (especially Mopar mods) void the warranty? Most people say DCX will void it only if the Dealer can prove the "mod" was the cause of the failure. Others say "any" mod voids the warranty.....your opinion????

Really appreciate your input!!! Thanks!!!

It depends on what was added and what repair was needed
Add fog lights and say, your headlight switch and harness melts.... No warranty
Usually It's up to the Tech to figure out if something you have done to the car has caused a failure!!! That's what voids your warranty.
DCX has told us if the factory wireing harness has been altered it voids the warranty on all of the wireing.... but It only gets enforced if the modification caused the failure...
I hope that makes sence.

I've quoted DCX's own word on the matter straight from the Mopar catalogs where it specifically says that, "Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the vehicle or parts are used for competition. The addition of performance parts does not by itself void a vehicle's warranty. However, added performance parts (parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not covered by the vehicle's warranty, and any failure that they may cause is also not covered by the vehicle's warranty." Mopar Street Essentials catalog, page 4, paragraph 3.[sm=smiley2.gif]

Welcome to the forum, even though we have already talked. Is there an aftermarket warranty for Superchargers? My friend told me there isn't.
