Default dodge 2500 input please!!!!

i am on the market for a dodge 2500 and i am trying to figure out which motor is the best one to have in it. i am going to be pulling a 3 car hauler with 3 race cars on it about 4 times a year.Should i get the diesel or the hemi? and is there two dif diesel motors in these truck i have been looking and i see alot with the 5.9 and another with a 6.something please give me ur input thanks

diesel for sure, a hemi in a 2500 chassis doesn't have the kind of power and torque your going to expect due to the heaver frame. I like the older 5.9l over the new 6.7.
the 6.7 has more power but has more problems, like turbos etc. if your going to buy
used get a 5.9.

I just traded my 2500 Hemi in for a 5.9l Diesel. I pull a 6200 lbs travel trailer and will enjoy the fuel savings, not to mention the extra power!

5.9 all the way.

definitely the diesel...i love it and i hardly ever have any problems with it
