Two General Motors Corp. pickup trucks, the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, fared the worst in a new batch of government crash tests of 2005 pickups
Ford had that title just not too long ago. I'm glad to see they put some effort into it.

2005 pickup the two-door versions of the Dodge Dakota received five stars for all seat positions in frontal and side crash tests.

Two-door and four-door version of the Dodge Ram 1500 received top scores in frontal crash tests.

In rollover tests, the Ford Ranger and the Mazda B-Series fared worst among a list of pickups

take that you bastards in Dearborn. leave gm alone. the only time we can be mad at gm is when they beat us at something, other then that they are a fine company.

They are not so nice for their stock holders at the moment.

I just had a bad experience with my Silverado. They have a very low powertrain warranty compared to everyone else. I tranny went out at 37,000 and the warranty was up at 36,000. Also had 1 friend with same year had his tranny replaced 3 times in 2 years. and a coupe other people I know had similar problems.
