You people call a distributor a Dizzy?
It sounds freakin gay.
Its a DISTRIBUTOR.

Its like broke back auto.
My dizzy broke so I called my bff and he stuck it in so right.

My gawd people. Sorry I lost it but F. Just sounds so f'n stupid.
Rant over.

I think it took me a long time to figure out that dizzy meant distributer,kinda like lol means laugh out loud,and that took about a year for me..ha..ha..,I figured I was old and behind the times,but,then again dizzy still don't make any sense to me..

I can honestly say, I have never heard it called a dizzy.

Like the ones that call a transmission a tranny. I avoid tranny's.

Stay away from all tranny's, but i do prefer when my transmission is working. As for a dizzy, ive never heard someone say that, but id definitely make em dizzy if they did.

One of lifes famous mysteries. Might get lucky, might get scared, or might be on the wrong end of the shaft.....

I know I will **** people off, so easy to do in these car/truck forums, but I'm going to start saying something about it.

Why does it matter? So long as folks understand what you are talking about..... or should we stop using any kind of abbreviations completely?
