come to think of it, i coached a kid who was on steriods, and he sucked...he was big, but he had NO stamina...he would go from being very energetic, to having nothing. he played one season, and didnt do much, then one night while severely intoxicated, he hit a bus head on, while on his ducatti...last i heard he was in a full body cast with a halo...[&o]

"the only thing difficult about hockey is SKATING" HAHHAHAHAH skating is probably the easiest thing. first off it is alot different to shoot a puck on ice then a tennis ball in the street. everything is so much faster pace.
I agree. Skating is easy for me... and the tougest thing for me, when I switched from roller to ice, was shooting the puck...

Take it from someone who has played both... and almost every other sport... Hockey isn't really faster... it more spread out... takes a lot of endurance... Football on the other hand, requires 5 second spurts of super fast pace... The pace is faster in hockey, but when you perform a play in football, you're going all out for a short time...

They are both fast pace sports, in different ways...

Being a lineman in football, I have to say, that football is more physical... In fact, it's a lot more physical...

properly played hockey, at a higher level, should also be full out for 25-30 seconds, then off the ice.

I played both, I played hockey like 5 years and im still playing football ...

I tink the most difficult in hockey is skating, you need to go in the middle, then at your goaler then at the middle, then a your goaler ( I was a defenseman ) I played some practice at the RW position and Ithink its more difficult to be defenseman then a RW or LW

Im runningback and it looks like a big and agressive sports but you got your big helm and your big shoulders and you jsut have to knock the other man down !

I prefer playing football
But watching a hockey game is damn a good feeling when your team win by 3 goals

There is a reason why we wear such big pads and helmets... Cause we would break collar bones and crack skulls, if we didn't...
