Now that I am towing 4-5 days a week these drop shackles are very impractical for me. If you want a nice subtle change to your truck for a great price this is the way to do it. They also help your truck handle a little better if it has a serious rake. These may fit on gen 3 ram 1500s but I never looked into it. If the OEM shackles are interchangeable between gen 2 and gen 3 then these will work. They come with polyeurthane bushings so they are stiffer, stronger, and will last longer then the stock rubber bushings. I used them on my 97 with great results!


As you can see, there is still a little bit of grease in them.
