Hey everyone. I am heading down to a test and tune day at cecil county drag way on march 15th (anyone else going let me know). I know that this is a pretty standard event, but its my first time. Any advice on what i am supposed to do when i get down there would be great. I am trying not to look like a total ***. Thanks

Thanks for the link. I drive a 2003 dakota R/T 5.9. I tried to post some pics but they were too large. I will work on that. I already have aem cold air, gibson headers and cat back, chipped, and ground force lowering kit. Not to mention the shaved doors (not to shabby). I am pretty much challenged by the local ricers, So i'm putting her on a diet, and looking for more power. I am a novice so any advice helps. I'll post my slips to let you guys no how i did. I was at Ceceil last Sat. 3/1 it was my first time also. I drive a 05 Magnum RT.
When you enter go to the right and get in line for inspection. and register.
After that you are ready to race, just follow the directions of the track men they will direct you.

I made 8 runs in about an hour and a half. My best was a 13.570 @ 105.49 and a 13.562@103.91

what do you have done to your mag to run those times?

 

I have a K&N Typhoon CAI with modified tube to lower grill for more air,catback Flowmaster super 40"s, Predator with a Perf. 93 CAI tune with some QA's. Also some Cooper 285/55/18's street tires on the back it's some wide rubber, I was hooking up great for a street tire.

 

wow...thats a pretty impressive time for those mods. that tune must make a big difference.
