PE has dedicated itself to being competitive this year,King Richard got off his wallet and hired Robbie Loomis away from Jeff Gordons crew to be car chief for both Petty teams this year.The engines will be coming from Evernham racing this year so dependability problems will be a thing of the past.As far as a driver,I think they should have hired someone younger,but what do I know,I am just a fan!

while bobby labonte is no spring chicken, he has been successful..and its nice to see a REAL driver in the 43, instead of losers like john andretti...or jeff green.
