SRT-4 vs NSX
A couple of nights ago in my SRT-4 I rolled up next to a black NSX at a redlight on my way home. A guy in maybe his mid 30's was driving it and looked over at me when I pulled up. I kind of ignored him as he kept looking over at the car. The light turned green and we both feathered it a little on a slow roll then punched. He jumped ahead of me and I caught back up at the end of 2nd, through 3rd we were neck in neck then in fourth he pulled ahead of me by half a car length and we both hit the brakes. I lost but it was still a good time.:D

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
Even tho they are way overpriced, the NSX is still one VERY fast car....especially for a N/A ;):D
Good race, and I'm glad to see you two didnt go overboard either. |
RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
what is done to your srt4?

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
Stage 1 with Mopar BOV conv. Maybe with a stage 2 I would of had more of a chance of beating him. NSXs run stock around mid to high 13's but have much better high end performance.

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
If you are going to race you might as well race something that is worth it. I don't race much any more but I never try to race anyone I know I can beat. Waste of my time and wear on my car.

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
I agree, when little hondas and **** pull up next to me and want to race... I just creep off the line... It's not worth my gas, because I know I would just kill them.

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
The NSX being mid-engine RWD also has a big tractional advantage over you, not to mention their far more generous tire sizing.

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
NSX's aren't made for drag racing...their made for road racing. I konw you guys know that...;) I'm just stating the facts.:)

RE: SRT-4 vs NSX
Yes, they are awesome road course cars. If I really want go after one I have to pull out the 300Z.
