85 lowered Ramcharger

https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/dodgefo...e9f0551fc5.jpg So I picked up this 85 this weekend for my son. I like it lowered but my son would like to raise it back up. Anyone have experience with this? I am thinking springs and shocks on the front, and flip the axle back under the leaf springs on the back. Any of you ever done this? Thanks |
4WD conversion? :icon_woot:

Just really want to see how hard to reverse the lower job.

ok I just found an 89 4x4 with a crap body but the frame looks good. Does anyone know of any issues like bolt alignment and such that may cause problems if I swap the bodies on these two?
I'd drop my D250 cab on it and make a bed on the back for grins ... or cut down a stock bed. Budd (Whose old bones just don't climb as good as the once did) |
BTW, the body mounts are probably the same since it's had only minor cosmetic changes from the original Ramcharger design.
