RE: Good, reliable family car?

Bought my SE with 17k on it and now have 36k...no problems whatsoever (knock on wood!). Use synthetic oil and change at 5k intervals. The 2.7 V6 is not a performance engine by any means but it is...

RE: 2.7 engine same as the Intrepid?

Went to take a test drive at a local dealer in a 2005 SE, since there are many in this area and the dealers are discounting the heck out of 'em.

It's been in the 30's most of the day so the...

RE: My gas mileage took a dump...

Special order?

Just curious to see if one could special order an option on a Charger...what I am interested in doing is ordering an SE with the 60/40 fold-down rear seats.

I think it's taking the cost cutting...

RE: Driving lights

Has anyone actually put a set of driving lights in front of or in the grille area? I thought I saw a Magnum in one of the pix that had a large set of driving/fog lights similar to those used in...

RE: Another new SE owner

Thanks Imsinin! I added a Air Raid CAI to the PT and at least the "seat of the pants" test seems to feel like it has helped. Besides it's got a nice growl now when I hit the gas.

Enjoy your...

First of all, thank you for what you are doing over in the Middle East. I don't know if there is anything else I can say to express my gratitude to you and your fellow Marines. The...

RE: flex-fuel question

Isn't the same 2.7L engine found in the Sebring that same as the Magnum? If it is, then according to the following link, it should be E85 fuel compatible shouldn't it? Or are there two variations...

RE: mpg for 05 magnum se

Gotta ask, do you guys have a heavy foot into the SE to compensate for the supposed lack of power? What is the load you are carrying, tire pressure, etc which will affect mpg?

If the SXTs and...

I've been searching around on the 2.7L engine to find out if the issues (e.g., sludge, bent valves, etc) have any truth to them and came across this site.

It's kind of a bittersweet find in...

RE: tinting

Be wary of the local traffic laws regarding the tinting o the driver and front passenger windows. The law enforcement types tend to frown on that application and will let you know with a ticket.

RE: Why do you "Strongly Dis-like" the Charger?

I like it, most of the time but the main reason why it isn't a two door is that US customers do not buy two door coupes. Marketing studies have proven that.

I think the only reason I would...
