Finally did the plenum and intake gaskets....

Finally did the plenum and intake gaskets. Cleaned and replaced the valve covers. Now just have to do the fuel pump.

Installed a Flowmaster Delta 40 series muffler...

Installed a Flowmaster Delta 40 series muffler with dual tips that's been kicking around the garage for 10 years. I also put in the K&N FINK and put on some new wheels.

Check for an internal vacuum leak at the intake. My '95 has some hesitation. Need to do the intake and valve covers.

Replaced my oil pressure sender, again! This time I bought one from dodge. It's good to have a good reading again. Aftermarket parts suck! I also re-aligned the front end. Big-0 did it a few months...

New lug nuts won't be necessary, as the taper is the same. You might want to find some hub centric rings that might lessen the stress on the wheel studs and also will eliminate any possible vibration...

Nice, I put those wheels on my '92 when I had it (see my sig), had to shave the brake line bolt a bit and the inner lip of the wheels to clear the brake line bolt (just barely). Fit great after that....

Get the front end checked out. These trucks have ball joint problems, and the 4x4's have idler arm issues some times. If everything checks out, get it aligned.

I took a couch to the dump, replaced the oil pressure sender (leaking) and mounted up my matching spare rim. Next up, Oil change, and valve cover gaskets.
