Yea thats why i dont do bands... If its running fine and never slipping... then with 140k on my 46re and 202 on my 42re im not gonna mess with it other then fluid drain and filter replacement..

Now the 42 is like up and down shifting quickly in split second bursts sometimes but that the solenoid doing that most likely.. Im gonna replace them here soon and i highely doubt replacing your solenoids did that.. Most likely it was the band adjustments you did..

I did the first oil & filter change and band adjustment at 29,000 miles and it ran great. Just wondering how it went from a slight slip for two months, (using reverse at a minimum) to no reverse in two days of adjusting bands? Oh well hope i can get a couple weeks out of it. Maybe i should of addressed it sooner ... (banging head against wall) but the damage is done.

Just for giggles and grins, check your remote filter plumbing. If connected backwards, it will overheat and screw tranny.......

$150? Does that include new fluid? lmao

If it's actually $150 I should send you something. lol Dealers around here would charge closer to $400 at least. Granted, I used better judgement and called a locally owned shop first.
