Yes there is a hole for the park bulb. there are two plastic plugs (on existing truck) that used to connect to the lo and high beam bulbs respectively. I never found a schematic, however I did figure out (kind of) how to rewire the to make them work, apparently the plug with the three wires has a red wire, the voltage, for both bulbs. the two violets are the grounds, and they're being switched. I used a couple of relays, and this is my results, high

You have a Sport model truck include that next time and it'll help people out. I have those same headlights and ran into your problem. If I would have found this sooner I could have helped you. I bought two sets and one in building myself so each headlight looks like this
