Default Dodge Ram burning oil , no leaks at all !

I have an 2003 dodge Ram 4.7 with 280xxx milles . I have noticed when the car cold start it throw out white smoke from tailpipe . Also when I'm in stop and go traffic it trows out white smoke . It deffenely smells like oit burning . The tailpipe is completely black in the inside .What could it be making it bien the oil ??
Also my truck recently started making a ping noise when it's cold started and when it warms up enough it goes away .I was told maybe be rocker arm ? Could it be ?

You have 300K on it. It's worn out. Time for a new motor.

Certainly time for a new truck. White smoke isn't oil, though. Blue smoke is oil. White when it's cold isn't necessarily bad, but any other time is not good. 4.7s tend to blow head gaskets.
