Default 2005 Ram 1500 4.7 gas Misfire Cylinder 8

Driving back from fishing spot water pump blows sprays coolant and water all over under the hood. Almost immediately check engine light comes on TPS code is sent. Limp it back home enroute I feel a misfire going up a hill. Get it home recheck codes P0300 General misfire code. Get new TPS and Water Pump replace clears codes. After couple miles check engine light again. P0308 Misfire Specific to cylinder 8. Buy all new spark plugs change move coil packs between cylinder 4 and 8. Same misfire. Replace fuel injector still cylinder 8 Misfire. Any help would be appreciated.

while driving it home could have ran it hot and split a head gasket, if that's the case not good. upon start up, remove rad cap, if you see bubbles or back flow, head gasket is gone.
