Default 1999 1500 4x4 center support bearing issue

I just got a used ram from a friend of mine in the same unit (army) 5.9 v8 4x4 extended bed, cab and a half? (Has the doors that you have to open the front door first then the back door) 233k miles. The guy I got it from says it has a 2 inch lift on the body and another 2 inch lift on the suspension.

The problem i am having is the center support bearing on the driveshaft keeps popping out of its rubber holder towards the transfer case. I have replaced the bearing in full twice this week and it just popped out again on my way home from work. What could be causing it to keep coming out? Each one has averaged 25 miles before it comes out.

i searched for another thread but I was unable to find a similar issue.

thank you for your time in reading this and I hope with your knowledge I can get this fixed for good.

As far as I know they were installed correctly, open end of the rubber flange towards the engine.

Is the slip-yoke seized?
