Default Wing window hardware?

Piece that goes through window snapped off.....best place to find a replacement??

Probably a junkyard..... if you want stock pieces. Otherwise, I would just extract the bit of bolt that is left, take it to the hardware store, and get something in the appropriate length, a rubber washer, and a steel washer.....
