I recently drove a little over 300 miles in 4 wheel drive averaging around 80-85 in my 05 ram 1500SLT by accident. I have about 175,000 miles on it. I didn't realize that I was in 4 wheel until I arrived at my destination. I am worried about what I might have done to my transfer case and Front Dif. Has this happened to anyone else? I am wondering if there is any suggestions you may have or if there are any precautions I should take.

If something would have gone wrong, you would have known it. If there are no apparent issues now, then you don't need to be worried. Maybe drain and refill the fluid, but, again, if its driving normally.....if it aint broke, dont fix it.
Is it the 4wd or AWD transfer case? If it's the AWD case then you're fine. If it's the 4wd case and you didn't make any hard turns, you're fine. Only real issue would be making sharp turns with the 4wd case; can cause binding on your fronts on turns, not good for front diff or CV joints.
