Default How can I clear the codes on my 2006 Charger 5.7

Can I clear the codes on my 06 Charger by disconnecting the battery fo 15 or 20 minutes?

You can try that. You can also buy a code reader for cheap these days. Under $20 that will read and clear codes.

Been looking at scanners actually. Just now getting into obdII and looking at the Mac Mentor. I guess I could try a cheap one but I live out in the boon docks and trying for a quick answer. Thank you for the response.

unless its super cheap and updated shop elsewhere. updates are $1000. its a otc genysis made for mac tools.

before you pull the trigger check out autoenginuity.com for a laptop based system.

Found a freshly updated one for $700 and doubt I'll ever need anything newer than this. I've been checking out the Genysis as well but I will definitely look at the autoenginuity site. Thank you very much for the tip.
