1997 5.9 V8 2500 out of time?
Hello, I am looking to see if you guys have any suggestions on how to fix my truck. It seems to be out of time or something. About a year ago i had to pull the engine to replace the torque converter because it broke the bolts holding the torque converter to the transmission. Once i had replaced them, i hooked everything back up and started it up. It starts right up, but is surging massively. The rpms are going from 500 to 1000 in a second and jumping back and forth. Its backfiring and just isn't healthy. I had replaced the crankshaft position sensor and i think i replaced the camshaft position sensor. I made sure all the plug wires went to the right plugs. there don't seem to be any wiring that i missed putting back together. I'm at a loss. Something could possibly have been bumped or pushed when i put the engine back in because all i really did was unbolt it and lift it less than a foot. it's throwing some codes, but it had been doing that before anyway. p0505 p0753 p0713 p1391 p1763. Any help would be greatly appreciated

P0505: IAC Malfunction
The IAC (Idle Air Control) valve controls the idle speed of the engine. At idle the throttle plate is closed, of course. The IAC is computer controlled and allows only a certain amount of air around the throttle plate. This metered air controls the idle speed. The IAC has a "plunger" or "shutter" that moves to open or close the bypass air passageway.
I suggest that you remove and clean your throttle body and possibly replace the IAC (Idle Air Control)
