You have the limited slip rear. Rebuild kits are fairly inexpensive, and you can do it without pulling the carrier.

94 is second gen though, so, moving this thread there.

Rock auto has the kits, though I think you need to buy the clips separately.... (which makes zero sense to me......) I would suspect that most any parts store could get you the kit you need as well.

One last question a friend has a 3.92 carrier and pinion will it work in my housing thanks for your help as I seem to be on my own.
Also he was interested in my 3.55 to swap his 3.92 is that a bad idea thinks he will get better mileage ?

No they are both 4x2 5.7 45rfe trucks .Ok so I pulled the carrier bearing caps and the axels I still don't see where these came from If they can be changed out without removing the carrier
I can't see it .
