Default Differential question

I had a dirrerential fluid leak an after replacing cover, new rtv,set up time, an tightening bolts 2nd time to torque spects 1 top left bolt busted.

Its been driven an no leaks.

Will this be ok for a while till i can get to it later since all bolts around it are at 30ft lbs an its at top corner ?
Which method works best..a easy out or left handed drill bit ?

It'll probably be fine. Just keep an eye out for any visible leaks.

I think a screw extractor would work the best.
