What’s the best fuel additive to clean injectors, throttle body. 92, 5.2L, 4x4 Dakota LE

They are all about the same and do the same thing. I'm a fan of Gumout products.

4X4, LE, 5.2 don't mean a damn for this discussion, gas is the same gas you put in any other make and model of car.... so same deposits.
Chevron by Techron seems the best fuel injection cleaner, used to be available only from the GM parts counter.
BUT, are you going by external appearance? It really don't matter what the outside of them looks like, that ain't where they "work".... I would clean the throttle body though, take the IAC out of the throttle body and clean the throttle blades ("butterflies") and where they seat within the throttle body.
if these are dirty, can cause a rough idle.
