Default Gen 3 Dakota Blend Door Actuator replacement help?

I have a 2007 Dodge Dakota with a clicking behind the passenger dashboard when I adjust the climate control. So I've narrowed down the issue to the passenger side blend door actuator (yes the pain in the a$$ one). I unplugged that actuator and the clicking stopped. I bought a new one but trying to figure out how to get it out without dismantling the entire dashboard. Can it be removed without removing the dashboard? I can only get the Top screw and the front screw out, but the bottom rear screw is near impossible to get and I would assume it IS impossible to get the screws back in. So is there any way to get the actuator out without taking the entire dash out?
