If it's a proportionate amount off (says 45 at 50, 90 at 100, etc.) then the next question is, what size tires do you have on the back?

And the same size as WHAT?

Nobody else knows your vehicle. Nobody else knows what you have on it, save for what you tell us.
If you want to be stupid, and dense, and give stupid responses, then do.
Just don't expect any help.
But when someone asks, "What size tires"? "Same size" doesn't help. For instance, my truck has P235/75R15s. Is that what your truck has? If not, well, obviously, it's not the same size tires. Currently the spare under the bed is a P225/75R15. That's also not the Same Size Tire.
But to answer your first question - Wash the motor off. Make a note of where the oil is coming out. THAT will help answer your question on YOUR Truck. As a general answer, any place there's a seal, gasket, or plug, there can be a leak. It can also be burning oil (OHC motors tend to burn more than OHV, which tend to burn more than valve-in-block - which no Dakota came with a VIB motor! - due to the increase of oil over the combustion cylinder in normal operation.)
Shucks, you could just have a bad PCV valve which would cause it to suck oil and burn it ..
But don't answer questions with stupid answers. Stop. Think. Remember, nobody but YOU are there; nobody ELSE knows the answers to these questions. Answer with details, not generics. Be specific and accurate.
