I'm really only seeing one set of factory like positive cables being available from standard motor products #A604TB.
A few vendors have this set, but not seeing much for review.
Anyone try this set yet and have comments, or can offer a better alternative?

Are we talking the positive or negative side? Standard Motor Products are a good company.
it should just go from the battery to the PDC then. There is another one that goes from the PDC down to the starter. Measure what ya got, and get something close.

There are two wires from the post, one goes to the PDC... not sure where the other goes, that is when the hood hinge broke and the hood wouldn't stay up on its own. Manufacturer doesn't state how long their replacement cable is, so that is why I was looking for someone with experience with that product.
I don't have the supplies nor the tools to do it right. Can you show me links to supplies and tools it takes to do it right? I have a crimper, but not sure I'd have the right size dies.
Just go to your local parts store, and see what they have hanging on the shelf. I found the cable I needed in less than five minutes, and it was under 15 bucks.

I source my cable from online or Lowe's or Home Depot. I can look when I get back home but I'm 99% positive the crimper is from harbor freight and almost looks like bolt cutters. The terminal ends you can order online (but I don't do it enough to buy bulk) so I get the terminals from Auto Zone battery terminal section.
