HELP! No turn signals, wipers or dash lights
Need help with my 1997 3500! I bought this truck from my neighbor and truck had sat for 3 yrs.
PLEASE only how to fix it properly and NOT "run a bypass wire to a solar panel and rig a toggle switch, etc...":
Before any suggestions let me tell y'all what I've replaced or checked:
All fuses that I know of- checked/replaced
Multifunction switch-replaced
Checked wiring to multifunction switch- ok
Both hazard flasher and signal flasher (big silver ones on side fuse panel) replaced
Also, I have NO POWER going to fuses 5,6,7 at fuse panel on the side of the dash.
Any suggestions before I roll it into a lake??
BIG THANKS in advance

The fuses in question get power via the ignition switch. Start in the PDC, fuse 3 (40A) and then check power at the ignition switch pin 7 12g red wire. With ignition in run or acc pin 6 black/white wire should have power. The black/white goes to the interior fuse panel and powers fuses 5,6,7,8. Note I'm going off the 96 diagram report back if something looks very different.

Double check the multifunction switch that you replaced. If you still have the old one you could test it and if it checks ok try with the old one. Some aftermarket parts aren't that great quality. Also have a close look at the wiring between the fuse panel and the switch.
