Default 2006 dakota lights, wipers, and horn not working

hello i have a 2006 Dakota 3.7 v6 crew cab rear wheel drive. my trucks fog lights, driver side low beam, passenger side high beam, horn, and wipers stopped working. all fuses and relays are fine and working. my fog lights are tapped into my drivers side low beam with a inline fuse. once again all fuses are fine. any ideas? im not quite sure what to check from there. any help and pictures would be most appreciated

Disconnect battery, hold key in start for 10 seconds, then reconnect battery. At least thats what I had to do when this happened to me.

My first question is:

Why are your fog lights tapped into your low beams?

It could be your clock spring, seeing as all of those issues are on your steering column.
