Angry 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Check Engine

Hello Everyone- New to the site....
I have a 2015 Dodge Ram1500 Sport 2WD 5.7 Hemi 54K miles
Im reaching out to get some help.
Pulled these codes on Tuesday 06/11/2019.
-P0308- Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected
-P2323, Ignition Coil H Secondary Circuit
Truck Symptoms: Idles rough, when i go into reverse it jumpy , and poor performance when i gas it.

06/11/2019
Replaced Ignition coil and both spark plugs on Cylinder 8. Did NOT find any sensors unplugged and or vacuum leaks...
Attempted to clear codes with my Scanner, went to Oriellys and Autozone and there scanners will not delete codes either.
Ive unplugged the battery, driven over 60 miles and codes still haven't cleared.

Today, 06/14/2019
Attempted to clear codes again not successful..... Im out of ideas. Anyone out there have any other suggestions?

I am scheduled for Monday morning to take to the Dealer, however i am trying to avoid due to a $235 Diagnostic fee..
thank you ALL

P0308 is highly likely to be caused by the P2323...... Have you verified if the coil is actually producing a spark?

Going to move this to the fourth gen ram section for ya. Welcome to DF!

Do you also have a wire coming off the coil, going to another cylinder??

Default 2015 1500 hemi 2wd cylinder 5 misfire

Greetings
Your symptoms sound a lot like the ones I experienced. My truck is a 2015 with 54,000 +/- miles on it. Keep in mind 2015’s had a 5 year 100k powertrain warranty.
I experienced a drop in mileage and an intermittent rough idle. I had mentioned it during my last service/update/recall appointment and was told it was nothing. Curiously it was never documented. So this go around for recall (#12 if memory serves me) it started rough idling on the way to the dealership. I videoed the tachometer bouncing at a stoplight, you know as visual aid. Took it in and the service writer said they’d check it out, but that I needed to authorize $190 dollar diagnostic fee in case it wasn’t powertrain related. Okay so what am I going to do, still making payments so, I Gotta pay up . Well I turned it over to the dealer on May21st and two weeks later go the call it was seized number five cylinder lifter which ate the cam. It will be corrected under warranty. So that was one month ago in two days.
I like most things about this truck , but a failure of such an integral part at such a low mileage leaves me with concerns.
i thought this garbage was fixed in 2011!
Good luck but you might start looking at the cam and lifters, or at least mention it.
